About ... lesley hunter

Lesley has over 25 years experience as   a professional trainer with particular expertise,    and first-hand experience, in the fields of   management development and transformational   leadership.

Lesley holds a management qualification from the Chartered Management Institute, qualifications in corporate, executive and personal performance coaching and is an  NLP (neuro linguistic programming) Master Practitioner. 

Lesley has worked in both public and private sectors.  She has extensive personal business experience, ranging from sole trader to partnerships and has been an active board member and director in several limited companies.  More recently, she held the position of managing director in a company with a complex staffing structure and turnover in excess of £1.5 million.
